A NOBÜ is wanted — unfortunately also by thieves. Your NOBÜ is made to be enjoyed with complete peace of mind, which is why we work with Kingpolis, our trusted insurance partner.
Kingpolis is known for excellent service, clear coverage and simple conditions that perfectly match the quality of your NOBÜ. With Kingpolis, your cargo bike is insured against theft and damage from around 12 to 20 euros per month, depending on your postal code. Because most NOBÜ models are priced below 4500 euros, you do not need GPS tracking for your insurance, unlike many other brands. Our insurance offers full coverage (casco) so you can ride freely and confidently.

If you would like to insure your NOBÜ, simply send us an email after your purchase. We will help you register directly with Kingpolis and guide you through the easy setup. Kingpolis will then contact you to confirm your personal details and start your coverage.

Security requirements
To keep your insurance valid, your NOBÜ must always be secured with both a ring lock and an additional chain lockwhen parked. These locks are not included by default but can be added during configuration when you order your bike. All locks offered by NOBÜ are fully approved by Kingpolis. Following these simple security steps keeps your coverage active and your bike protected.

Policy activation and management
Once registered, your Kingpolis policy becomes active when your NOBÜ is delivered. You will receive your policy document by email directly from Kingpolis. If you ever need to make changes or have questions, you can contact Kingpolis or our NOBÜ support team at any time.
