Preparation and quality control
At NOBÜ, we almost always have ready-to-ride stock available. Every bike in stock has already passed an initial quality control.
Before delivery, your NOBÜ goes through a final inspection and is completed according to your personal configuration.
When delivered, your bike is 100% ride-ready, perfectly adjusted, and does not require any setup or tuning.

Shipping and scheduling
Because your NOBÜ is transported as a large item, an exact delivery day can only be confirmed once your order has left our warehouse and has been scheduled by our trusted transport partner. In some regions near our own distribution center, there’s even a chance that the NOBÜ delivery truck will arrive at your door. We work exclusively with reliable large transport partners who handle your delivery with the greatest care. Delivery times depend on your chosen model, the configurator on our website always shows the most accurate estimate. Across Europe, we aim for a maximum delivery time of 10 days, though it can be shorter or slightly longer depending on location and model availability.

Delivery day
Once your NOBÜ has been scheduled, you will receive a delivery day notification. Please make sure someone is at home to receive it, your NOBÜ is a large item, and delivery to neighbors is usually not possible. You can track and manage your delivery details using the link provided in your shipping confirmation.

Unboxing and ready to ride
If your NOBÜ arrives on a pallet, you can easily unpack it yourself, the process is simple and requires no tools or setup. Your bike is ready to ride immediately.
