How quickly will my NOBÜ cargo bike be delivered?
On average, your NOBÜ cargo bike will be delivered within 5 working days. We always agree on the exact delivery date, so you know exactly when to expect your cargo bike.
Is the cargo bike insurable?
Yes, you can insure the NOBÜ cargo bike to protect it against theft and damage.
Are NOBÜ cargo bikes safe?
Yes, NOBÜ cargo bikes are safe. They are certified and tested according to the European standard. We also keep a close eye on the quality of our cargo bikes to ensure your safety.
How often does my bike need maintenance?
You will naturally want to take good care of your NOBÜ bike, not only because maintenance is required for warranty, but also because it improves safety, performance and long term durability.
Just like any bike, the first service should take place after approximately 200 kilometers or about 2 months of use. After that, we recommend a full maintenance service once per year.
Always keep all service documentation and invoices, as they may be required in case of warranty claims.
Can maintenance be done at my home?
Yes. We work with external service partners who can provide maintenance at your home in selected regions. If you are interested in this option, please contact our customer support team and a NOBÜ advisor will help arrange this for you.
How do I claim warranty?
If you believe your NOBÜ bike has a warranty issue, please contact our customer support team. Include a clear description of the issue and, if possible, photos or videos. A NOBÜ advisor will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
If the issue qualifies as a warranty case, NOBÜ will cover the warranty repair or replacement. When possible, the issue may be resolved through a local professional bike service provider. If needed, NOBÜ will coordinate the warranty process directly with you.
Do I have to use NOBÜ for warranty and maintenance?
No. NOBÜ has deliberately chosen not to build a profit model around service. All components are universal and free of locked software, so you are never dependent on NOBÜ alone. This means you are not forced into higher service prices or long waiting times.
Maintenance and warranty service can be handled by NOBÜ, but you are equally free to use an external professional bike service provider.
How long is my warranty?
In general, you receive 2 years of warranty on your NOBÜ bike. The exact warranty coverage depends on the specific component and whether it is a wear part, such as tires. You can find detailed information on our warranty page.
Do you also do maintenance on cargo bikes?
Ofcourse! We are happy to service your NOBÜ cargo bike for you. You can make an appointment for this. This maintenance always includes a free check of all components to make sure everything is functioning optimally.
What is the warranty on my NOBÜ cargo bike?
Your NOBÜ cargo bike comes with a legal warranty, which we are happy to honour. If you wish to claim warranty or have any questions, please feel free to contact us by e-mail.
Will the NOBÜ cargo bike fit through my door?
Yes, the width of the NOBÜ cargo bike at its widest point is less than 90 cm and therefore fits through most universal doors, such as those of your shed.
